Christmas!!!

I LOVE Christmas!  I have had my tree up before thanksgiving.  I have loved every second of it.  Shopping for presents, spending time with family.  It truly doesn't get better then that.  I saw all of my family and Mike's family.  His brother Jay came in for 10 days and I loved every minute of it.  I tried to keep him here but he said he had to go back to school.   What a wussy! 
The boys loved there gifts from Santa.  Luca got a new spider man bike, and Isaac got a slide for inside the house.  I love the mess we have had from all the new toys.  Growing up my favorite was coloring in coloring books Christmas day under the tree.  So just watching the boys play reminded me of that. 

Christmas was always fun growing up, but Christmas as a child will never campier to giving Christmas to a child.

Luca had his first school Christmas program it was so cute. I love him in school, all the fun stuff he brings home that he has been working on, its a Blast!

My first Thanksgiving!

I had so much fun cooking with my mother! I did not start cooking tell I meet Mike. I refused all growing up. I never thought I would be a stay at home mom or wife who cooked for her family. Man, how things have changed. Even though I had allot of fun it was still pretty traumatic. I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat the turkey after preparing it myself. However, I did and loved every minute of it. My whole family was there. Pretty traumatic for Mike growing up in a little family. We had about thirty or so in are home, and all of them were brothers and sisters, nieces, nephew, mom or dad's of mine. We also invited his brother and his family and his mother. It all added up fast. I am a big believer in the more the merrier, so I did not mind.

Thanksgiving

Is going to be at my house this year. Can't wait!! Christmas tree will be up don't you worry.

Halloween

Well I usually have so many pictures of the boys, but this year this is all I really got. I broke my camera so until its fixed my phone pic will have to do.

The boys had so much fun this year on Halloween it was crazy. We all were so worn out from partying so hard. We went trick-or-trea ting both Friday and Saturday.

Friday we meet up with P-nut and Tiff to trick-or-treat with his girls. We did a truck-or-treat. After we got pizza and carved pumpkins. It was a blast. This year I dressed up all weekend. I was June Cleaver. It was perfect cause I was trucking around with two perfect little boys.

Saturday we went to visit Grandpa and Grandma Wilson in Saratoga. Then we drove to the Aves to trick-or-treat with Jen's kids. It was so fun watching little Mike and Luca run to house to house together. We didn't stay to long before we had to go meet up with Dad so we could trick-or-treat with him.

When we got to Grandma Pienezza's house where Mike (Dad) was waiting P-nut and his family were there. We all headed out to go trick-or-treating again. Man the amount of candy we eat!

Sunday we went to Grandma Clark's for Chili and donuts. We stayed tell bed time and then drove home. We had a busy weekend but it was so fun. I love the holidays with the boys!

Little Ice Man

Well, I haven't had time to tell the story, but little Isaac ended up at Primary Children's a week before Halloween. Poor little guy. He was such a champ.

It was the Friday before and Isaac had been happy all day. He was playing with his cousins and all. I put Isaac to bed at 8:30 that night like I always do. He never cried he just went right to sleep.

At 11:00 Isaac woke up crying. Usually when this happens Mike or I go get him and bring him to our room. Mike got him that night and Isaac just cuddled him for the longest time. When Mike passed him to me he was pretty grumpy. So while he was laying on my chest I started to stroke his little face. I noticed that his neck was huge! I sat up unzipped his pj's to make sure I wasn't imaging anything. Yep, HUGE!... I check his other side of his neck and it was fine. I yelled to Mike who had left the room for a moment. I said "Holy Shit Mike his neck"! Mike came in and was like Wow! From there we called Debbie (Mike's Mom who lives around the corner). She was there in a matter of minutes. I grab shoes, a sweater, and a stuffed animal for Isaac. We headed to the emergency room.

When we got to the ER, we got right in. I was happy they were taking action so fast. We saw a nurse right away, but after that we waited and waited. Then one doc after another were coming in to talk to us. They didn't know what was going on with Isaac. He didn't have a fever or any signs of an infection . The decided to do a CT scan. I was so scared all I pictured was this big t00b and he would have to be pinned down. I was scared for him.

The nurse came in to give him an IV. The poor little guy. At this point Isaac never let go of his stuffed animal. It took them forever to get that IV in his little hand. He did really good though. He only cried half of the time.

Once the IV was in we waited for them to take us to the CT room. I was happy they let us go in with him. I didn't want him to have to do it alone. When they strapped him in, don't worry, the little animal was strapped too!

Needless to say they never really knew what was going on. He had an infection and that's all the knew. We ended up staying over night with IV antibiotics. We never sleep with nurses and doctors coming in all hours of the night. We even meet with a surgeon. Come to find out they were thinking they may have to do surgery on his neck to drain the fluid. Isaac had done so good so far but surgery would have been the last straw for us both.

Everyday are favorite people came to see little Isaac. Of course Luca, and Daddy. Danny and Emma came and brought us ice cream. Grandma, and Grandpa Wilson came to play. On the last day Isaac's Great Grandpa Wilson came to see him. It was really sweet we couldn't leave the hospital room it was really nice to have the company.

Sunday morning we saw the ear,nose, and throat doctor and a surgeon. I thought for sure we would be staying another night and possible doing surgery Monday morning. I was upset and sad for little Ice Man. However this is when My Dad and Grandpa Wilson showed up. They gave little Isaac a blessing. When I am that worried about my boy I will turn to anything to make him feel better.

That afternoon one of the many doctors came in to tell us we could go home. Isaac wasn't getting better but he wasn't getting worse. So if we felt comfortable enough we could go home, and see how Isaac would do with his antibiotic at home.

I was really scared to leave I didn't want something to go wrong at home and me not know what to do. We went home that day anyways. Mike stayed home from work on Monday to be with me and the kids. I honestly need some recover time from being so worried.

Isaac is now health with no signs he was ever sick. His swelling has gone down a 100%. He is just happy about not taking the medicine anymore!!!

Such Grace!!!

What a relief....

School so far has been allot easier then expected. I love my teachers and am very excited for the subject I am learning. Everything applies to raising my children along with education. Its allot of fun to learn how their little minds work, what we can expect from them and what we can't. I don't have nearly the amount of homework I usually do so allot of weight has been taken off my shoulders. I still have the days to pay attention to my kids and only have to worry about homework one day a week. This is nice for the whole family. I'm not so stressed and I have more time for trying to keep the house clean (that is impossible). The kids are a little disappointed its getting cold, but we are so excited for the season! They both are old enough now to have a blast this Halloween. I am sure we will trick-or-treat the entire day! I can't wait!!! Mostly can't wait to do Christmas Shopping!!!!

My Beautiful Family!

Luca is 3!

My boy is growing up so fast I don't know what to do! He is more then half my height, and I can't pick the boy up anymore. It makes me happy watch him grow and develop. He is so smart, and is talking like he has been in the game for years. Luca loves sports, all sports, and is amazing at them. He can hit, catch throw like nobodies business. He can even play ping pong. He can ride a bike and is learning his ABC's. He is also the best big brother. Everyday him and Isaac become better friends and it is the most amazing thing to watch. I love him so much and love everyday with him. Watching him become a little man.

Mom Wow I'm a Big Boy Now!

WE DID IT!!!! Luca and I started are journey on May 18th. We went to wal*mart (Luca's favorite story) and bought him DAYS of underwear (thank the heavens). Then we throw away his diapers and started the process of learning to potty on the big boy toilet. Man it got hard sometimes! However, we made it through. The fifth day I would say was the hardest. I was getting so frustrated. That day he peed more on the floor then in the toilet. After that it was all down hill.

Now he pees on his own and poops in the big boy toilet and not his britches (that was not fun for either one of us).

Yesterday I was out mowing the front lawn. I turned around and Luca was out in the middle of the lawn with his pants down peeing. Right out in the open in are front yard. I started laughing so hard. He is so adorable. I was just happy he didn't pee his pants.

I'm so proud of him! He is getting so big. Now that he is potty trained on to the preschool. Life is moving so fast.

Goals for this Summer!

I only have so much time before I have to start school full time again. So I have set many goals this summer. I hope I get them all.

1 potty train Luca

2 get Isaac sleeping through the night and in his own bed.

3 lose 15 pounds!

4 get all my scrapbooking done. ( I'm a year worth of pictures behind).

5 get my new house organized and set up perfect, so there is little to do during the school year.

6 find Luca a preschool.

7 Play, Play, and Play with my two boys!

My bubble has been POPPED!

Thank God for my family! My husband, kids, sisters, brother, parents, brother and sister-in-laws, father-in-laws, and so on! I always knew the truth but now I'm just shouting it out loud. I know that my sisters and brother all know what I'm talking about. We have no true friends! Don't get me wrong in the pass four years since I have been with Mike I have meet very good friends. Ones I know we'll someday end up being a true friend. For now the ones I thought I had, have faded into the distance. I should have known it was going to be this way. I never fitted in, in the beginning. I'm still the odd ball out. I'm not rich, not married in the temple. I don't judge people by the car they drive. I don't spend all of our money to keep up with the Willy's, or the Saveges (no offence to them). Just saying. I love being tattooed! I'm just so happy that I moved out of Happy Valley. Maybe I'll make a rule from now on don't try to fit in cause it will never work. Jen, Sara, and Mike its something in are blood that makes us walk alone. I don't know why but it is inevitable.

Isaac's Birthday Party!

We had such a blast at Isaac's 1st birthday party. As you can see Isaac did too. He is so funny! He is my eater, anyway he can get it he'll take it. We had the pool out for all the little ones. Luca didn't leave the pool tell everyone had gone home. He also loved all of Isaac's birthday presents. He keeps asking me "is this mine?", I always reply "no, its Isaac's but I'm sure he'll let you borrow it." I just can't believe Isaac is 1 years old already. His first year went by much faster then Luca's. Maybe it is because I'm also chasing a three year old and going to school all year long but summers. I look forward to spending the summer with the little boys. Isaac loves, and I mean loves the water. He'll be my little fish. I'm so glad cause my favorite thing is to swim, so all have someone to share that with. Luca is getting more brave in the water, slowly but surely. Isaac I'm so in love with you! Happy 1st birthday!

Luca

It is amazing to learn that the excitement of having a baby never ends it just gets better. Luca has made some leaps and bound the past few months. This is so exciting to me. I thought that the last exciting mile stone would be walking. However there are many more to look forward to. Just a few weeks ago we moved Luca to a toddler bed. We waited so long that when we moved he was more then ready. He gets up a couple of times, but then goes right asleep.

The best part now is watching him climb around on the playgrounds all by himself. He loves to play at grandma Pienezza's house and pretty aunt Val's. He doesn't need his mommy any more. When I need to go home he tells me to go and that he'll stay. I'm so proud of him learning to do things on his own.

Now we are potty training. We are on are second day. Luca didn't even pee in his bed last night. It may have been luck but I was pretty impressed. He has done so good I can't help but be proud of him. He has turned out to be a crazy, Steuben, adventures, pasty little boy, and I couldn't love him more. He torments his little brother but only out of love. I also think he is damn Beautiful!!!!

Mothers!

You never think about all the Moms in your life tell you have to buy them all presents! I had the most amazing mother's day. Thanks to one really handsome man and two beautiful little boys. I also got to hang out with my Mommy and her Mommy. You never relize what they went through until you become a Mommy.

Save ABC, and the double D's!

So I went on the Breast Cancer walk with my mother and all her sister, and my sister. It was a blast and emotional at some parts. I cannot believe the amount of people were there! I can't wait for next year! Fight for Boobies!

Isaac is going to be one on tuesday! Its crazy how fast it has gone! He is the best addition to are family. The best part is watching him and Luca play! Nothing makes me happer! Isaac I love you and so glad you came to play.
